The Chicago Hotel Collection Millennium Park

Every detail was nice, particularly location and rooms, overall I loved this hotel. It was 18 minutes drive to the airport.

The bathroom was dirty, I didn't like it.

The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fabulous. The hotel had a central setting in the heart of Chicago.

I stayed here 2 nights and I loved it.

Location and rooms were fantastic, had a really comfortable stay than at my last visit.

The whole experience was superb. Condescending staff and well-maintained swimming pool. Beachfront location, at walking distance from a super-tall skyscraper. The karaoke bar was good and the drinks were savoury.

Romantic view, quiet bed and delightful breakfast. Absolutely perfect and sweet hotel's staff. Quick check-in and HELPFUL service. Amazing restaurant and karaoke bar on-site.

Its location and staff were a plus that's why I enjoyed the place. Perfectly pleasant stay, and 10 minutes' stroll from the metro. I had access to free parking, excellent pool.

As for me, the area was very very bad.

Spotless room, comfortable enough bed. Staff was acceptable all this time. The location was fab because it was the amazing part of the city😀

There was no coffee.

Staff was funny and bagged breakfast was great. Everything was good as expected, however the bathroom was too small. The breakfast was included. Had delicious tea and coffee in the karaoke bar. Liked our stay, had restful 2 days overall.

totally fantastic experience. well mannered personnel, new rooms, spacious bathroom, best possible location. delicious breakfast with variety of pretty good foods. stylish hotel, 12 miles from midway international airport.

10 mins walk to the centre. it's minutes away from washington metro station. booked small queen studio, that included a heating system, a work desk and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels.

This hotel was convenient base for exploring Chicago, truly enjoyed it. Pretty close to the airport, 20 km. It deserves its 3 stars.

There is also the chicago theatre right by this hotel. Comfortable bed and EXCELLENT situation. We enjoyed having a kitchen. Our experience was good from the moment we checked in, we would definitely visit it again.
